They are only sold out of the current phase. She showed us a map with about 100 empty lots that ahve yet to be released. I believe Pardee wanted to ride out the wave and put a stop on building and that is why they claimed to be sold out. If you head there you can see the large empty piece of land that will be divided up soon for new releases.

I agree with you. I am not a fan of Pardee either. The homes are poorly laid out and some have the bathroom right in the living room. Really bad layouts.
