Ah yes, I did miss that negative. We park in a big parking garage. It does suck when we go grocery shopping!
However I disagree with the comment on the floorplan. Our great room is similar to that in a detached home. It is wonderful.
I don’t know Carmel Pointe pricing. I was only sharing what it is like to “actually live and comment on the lifestyle” of Pell Place. π
Housing prices will go up and down if you look short term (5 to 10 years). Housing prices always go up if you look long term (10 to 20 to 50 years). We are lucky because we bought a home at Pell Place to actually live there for a long time. π
