I’ll take that bet because I know you are wrong. 🙂 We are underwater and could not sell if we wanted to. However as I mentioned, we did not purchase to try and “flip” nor were we looking to try and make a quick buck by selling 3 to 5 years later. We bought at Pell Place to live and reside in, and we plan to be here a long time (thank goodness). Prices will always go up and down in the short run (looking only 5 to 10 years out). But if you go forward 10 to 20 to 30 to 50 years, price will go up. So we are not worried. Anyone who purchased at Pell Place to turn around and sell 2 years later… they are worried.

But we did not just put our place up for sale. We are here to stay (as mentioned in my original post) for a good 10 to 20 years. 🙂
