Damn, makes me wish I had bought a house I couldn’t afford. used the house as my personal no accountability ATM, missed a bunch of mortgage payments and then thumbed my nose at the bank.

But no, here I am in my cramped 2 bedroom rental…. Waiting for the recovery that will allow me to make a downpayment on a house I can afford. What the hell was I thinking?! Le sigh.
