I’m in the market to buy right now and literally a few minutes ago I just called on a short sale listing and the listing agent told me the property is now going to trustee sale auction Monday because ***Wells Fargo is NOT doing any more extensions***. So this sounds like a trend.

One can only hope we are going to start moving back to some kind of sane free market normalcy and the banks will just foreclose if people don’t pay their mortgage. Just like the good old days.
