BG, Eastbluff is a different complex than Southpointe, and those are smaller and not so nice looking, if I may say so. I am not considering either buying or renting in Eastbluff. Southpointe IS nicer.

I’ve been through Southpointe many times, looking for rentals or at open houses. I have seen this property at the open house this weekend. This particular unit is on a short cul de sac off the beaten path – enter from the Via Mallorca, not from the tiny interior streets of the complex, so it’s kind of private and has a feel of a SFR in a way. Been there at night and for that particular unit there is no noise whatsoever.
