“Can anyone familiar with this area of Old Scripps Ranch comment on the neighborhood?”

We looked at homes in that area of Scripps Ranch several years ago. It’s an older area. The homes were built in the 60s and 70s. Nice mature neighborhood without a lot of home sales. There’s a small shopping center within walking distance.

South of Pomerado is much nicer. The homes & lots are much bigger with higher prices to match.
