Precisely, NewtGringrich. Having been around a block or two, I see this issue going to the US Supreme Court in short order and for the last reason mentioned above, I see the 9th Circuit decision being upheld.
This is not as “bad” in and of itself as you make it out to be. If you are secure in yourself and YOUR OWN orientation and beliefs, you will not fear it.
