My neighbor has seen our Tivo several times. Everytime I show him something he says “My DVR can do that.” We both know he’s BSing. Time Warner’s DVR is useless.
We’ve been using Tivo since early 2001. My wife has not watched live TV since. We even watch Charger games on at least a 1 hour delay to avoid most of the commercials. If my wife had to choose between me and the Tivo, my bags would be packed.
