Obviously the CV police and HOA wanted to avoid discussing specifics but there were indications that the work was specific in nature and force was used in one occasion as described by the victims who attended the meeting. The detective claimed that he was filling in for someone who was sick and couldn’t discuss specifics. Did not seem genuine to me.
