Yep I see some of that “resort, wealthy man play yard”,
Think that’s why a lot of companies are moving to places like Austin TX (personaly I have been there, Austin-TX did not realy like the place that much, but the college was nice).
Really kind of hard for a city to provide services with “resort, wealthy man play yard” economy.
There is still QCOM and a few others, but if you were thinking about setting up a new branch facility, I think coastal SD would not be high on the list.
