Thanks for your candid opinions. Yah, I think the more I look the more I want to stay near the west CV area. We looked at Del Sur as well but their fees and HOA are even more outrageous than Highland Village. Yah the detached part is great but it also doesn’t have driveways.

Anyways, I will keep looking and maybe put my name down on the waitlist for Highland village. In that case, we’ll have the flexibility to determine in the future.

Also I read today in the news that Southern CA housing price increased 13% in June….I’ve seen way more inventory for June/July compared to the last few months. How is that true that housing is increasing?? I’m expecting housing price to drop in the coming month. What are your thoughts on that?
