The homes are priced from 670-730 for homes from 2600-3300 sqft. Some of these where more due to larger lots so they went as high as $780. All sold out. It might be a long weekend thing. Not sure. You do have to admit that out of all of the remaining builders in 4S that John Laing is heads above the other builders. Nicer homes, nicer layouts.

As for incentives you only get 20k if you use the home lender, nothing else. There are some nice upgrades like stainless and granite as well as front yeard landscaping and an AC.
