The floor plan is really subjective and depends how big you need too.
Andelusia and Monteluz have one story floor plan, it is good for people don’t like to walk up and down, good for old people. Without second floor and heavy furnitures on top, probably it is safer to survive when earthquake happen. But the bad thing is the builder puts this one story house among. The 2 story house can block the sunlight going to this 1 story house. Also, the floor plan for 1 story house is like a maze always. These houses are facing North and south, probably the Asian people like it more.
Monteluz is pretty much same as Andelusia, but bigger house and bigger yard. And it faces east/west, probably american likes it more. The backyard is bigger than other model houses on market. You also need to spend more on landscaping and water bill. Plan 3 has high ceiling and open space feeling, people like it a lot.
These 2 communities will be more quiet because they are at the end of road , but also surrounded by mountain, not sure how hot it can be in summer…
Silhouette sold their model houses and hard for buyer to see the floor plan on paper. Also, the location is in the middle and closed to the elementary school, lot of traffic. The house and yard is smaller than Andelusia and Monteluz. The lot size is the same, so bigger house will have smaller yard.
Chanteclair is on a slope, so the view may be better. But the floor plan for plan 3 is really bad, like a maze and lots of corners, not sure how the big furnitures can go to the bedroom. Also, the location of downstair bathroom is weird with 2 doors not connect to any bedroom.
Maybeck almost sold out except a model house (Plan 2) previously a sale office, again, same lot size, smaller house with bigger yard. The garage is at back, some people don’t like it as they like to park their car on driveway. But many parents would like their kids play around in alley so the kids won’t run on the main road. Also, the car comes in alley always play attention as they know the kids always play around.
