On one of the builders web sites in a FAQ someone asks why upgrades are more expensive than buying from a hardware store and they write that they want to make it easy for the buyer. LOL. Am I to believe that they want don’t want maximum profit but instead do this to make it easy for the buyer. Hardy har har!
