Thank you for showing your true colors and projecting your apparent frustrations.

Fire is always a concern in San Diego. My personal preference is to be surrounded by foothills vs. cinder box vegetation like RSF or urban jungle like MM. To each their own, every location has pros and cons.

We love the surrounding community, schools, etc, and the floor plan is everything we’ve been looking for the last few years. At sub $200 ppsf for what is in our opinion one of the nicest developments in the area we are quite pleased with our purchase.
