That sucks.. I’ve seen craftsmanship like that before that really does remove all wind from any sail… so does this mean that for the house to sell, someones going to have to rip out the floor and replace it and any other eyesores? What kind of flipper will that be?

I still don’t see how the gov bails the people out, maybe the companies.. maybe that will be by creating some program that allows a person to convert their 30 into a 45 or 60 year? So the person ends up paying more, but the pain is distributed.. Don’t know, just don’t have much faith in the gov’s urgency to help the little guy after learning a little more about the promises/silent handshakes many politicians have to offer beforehand in order to get the funds to make it into office.. maybe I’m way off, I still do believe in the USA.. I do sense/hope that we’re approaching a time where a wave crumbles and from it comes a time less centered on money and more about family, community, integrity.
