The first clue that it was "cooked numbers" is the fact the NAR had anything to do with it….Does anybody ever actually believe this crap anymore ?….I mean you'd have to be living under a rock for the last 6 months to not have seen this coming….you'd also think they would have at least heard about the housing bubble  ….
