I talked to several friends about the Del Norte High school opening in Sept 2009. It is more personal opinions and observations.

We saw many asians buying new houses in north of 4S recently, many young couples and family with young kids too. We heard they talked to the agents inside the sales office. The agent always asks where they work and their jobs, they work in IT, ucsd professor, PhD…. . We believe they have higher education and usually their kids have better score in school and activities.

The Del Norte high school surely needs several years to develop the fame. Also, it is new so we believe the school facility should be better and updated.
