I don’t think I’ll bother, we’ll end up staying in our crapper-by-the-freeway because I’d rather pay off some credit than rent for $2500. $3k is way out of the question, as we are experiencing “deflation” in salary and benefits….
Really with the kids being a little older I wouldn’t mind a townhome or something bigger on the inside (duplex) but I still think they like to go outside and use the yard.
