I have no clue!! I was hoping all the piggs would be able to give me some advise on this too or perhaps point me in the right directions where I might be about to educate myself about how this could work.

We have already agreed that my husband and I will be the ones to inherit the house. However, my husband has one sister that we would have to include in her share.

I figure if they sell their house in Ohio for 200K, his sister would be owed 100K of that. I guess if the time came for my husband and I to inherit the house here, we’d actually be buying her out (even though she wouldn’t actually be on title).

I’d love to hear your thoughts about the best way to arrange this.
