As lendingbubbleco said earlier, Hope SdAppraiser did not apprise that home, cus that deal reaks of Mortgage fraud, 1.175 mil for a 3000 sft home in this neighbourhood in june of 06, is completely out of control, that home should not have been apprised for any more than 900k, it should be more like at 800k.
Well I am not a certified appriser, who spent 2 weeks in a training class to apprise homes. So I might be wrong.
I smell buyer cash back, probably buyer/seller/appriser/realtwhore sharing in the spoils of the fraud.
