Climate, coastal location, culture, good neighborhood…El Segundo is a very nice place to live.
Oleg practically destroyed Amkor singlehandedly with a monolithic M&A mindset that took on unthinkable debt levels, crippling the company. I’m sure this is yet another iteration of that compulsive Bushian behavior – create a distraction adequate to prevent most from noticing the swirling motion.[/quote]
OK I don’t know much about IRF, but really the heat in Temeclua Valley is only bad maybe three weeks a year, and the beach is less than an hour away and we don’t get a lot of the fog ect.. of the coastal area’s.
But to each their own.

25 minutes from Temecula Parkway to PCH. Sometimes 35-40 mins if traffic is heavy.
It irks me that folks confused Temecula with the desert. The valley is definitely NOT a desert. It is warm but that doesn’t make the climate “desert”. Palm Springs is the desert. Death Valley is the desert. Victorville is the desert.
