Just kidding. Glad you enjoyed Trieste. We are also looking there. We like the homes alot but are seeing homes east of Alicante part of La Costa Greens for maybe 50 grand more but bigger homes and lots. Basically a home in Trieste will be around 725 all in-landscape,built ins,nice shutters,etc…. a home off of Alicante is at around 750-775. Homes are bigger with larger lots. Yes the schools are San Marcos, but to be honest we do attend to send our kids when we have them to public schools……Viridian is also nice, but the price goes up around 900-950 all in…..
