So what are looking at in Old Carlsbad? We have driven through and seen both extremes from very small ranch style run down homes to multi-million dollar homes. Where in old Carlsbad should we be looking? (I know skyline is nice) Also what would $800k in old Carlsbad get us? I assume we would probably have to do some work to a house there for that price? Thanks
