Well, John, given the way the polls have been trending in the battleground states for the past 48 hours, you may not have to concern yourself with a constitutional crisis. Obama may be able to keep his birth certificate in hiding forever.

PA and VA are now apparently up for grabs. McCain now has the lead in OH.

At the risk of enduring a public outcry on this board, I’d like to post a warning flag: don’t be surprised if McCain wins this election. And don’t be surprised if it’s a landslide (albeit by small margins in each state). There appears to be a silent majority awakening in this country over the past week. This could be the biggest upset in American political history. I suspect that polling methodology will have to be re-examined, re-engineered and reformulated after this election.
