Del Mar Mesa looks like it is going foward…They are grading the lots in the proposed Del Mar Mesa area (Shaw Lorenz ranch i think it is called)at the east end of Carmel Moutain Rd. in the CV..They are big lots with what would be large homes i assume in the 4000 – 5000 sq ft range…Maybe pricing close to 2 million when you consider the landscaping, etc….Can’t see any demand for these but the big plan 3s at Derby Hill in the CV seemed to sell well….
Does anyone have anymore info about this development????
