that is interesting, I didn’t know there was a base on an island west of Del Mar. We live in 4S and can see the hot air balloons by Del Mar. That might explain it (military base). Although the aircraft was pretty darn strange the way it was flying.
Do you have anymore info on the base west of del mar?
