And they just refilled the flyer box a few days ago.
On the other hand, some houses are on the market for quite a long time without any price reduction or update.
What could the reason be for this Park Villege listing ?

I wonder why an agent (and the home owner) will let a house stay on MLS for so long and never bother to post a picture or any description ?
