SD Realtor: do you know anything about Ocean Hills? I think it’s between Carlsbad and Shadowridge – but is technically O’side.

I know someone who lives there and raves about it. He has a pretty big lot and pool and seems to think his neighborhood wont be hard hit by depreciation – but I have no idea what he is actually basing this on.
