I also agree with Rich that it’s not a bubble. Perhaps it was the desire to stir up conversation that lead me to call it a “mini rent bubble.”

I am pretty sure the people who speculated in the rental market were Robert Kiyosaki, The Donald, and others of like ilk who pitched their slumlord books/boardgames. What a relic of days gone by…
