I could care less about my SSN.. I don’t buy into the fear tactics and scare used to drum up a new product and make you respect credit.
If someone reports something negative on my credit report that is not my fault – I sue them. They remove it and pay for my legal fees. Simple.
If someone steals my credit card, big deal. Credit Card companies responsibility, which most people don’t know.. they think if their card gets stolen they have to pay it back. If you don’t spend it, it’s not your money. Credit Card companies were brave enough to create such things as cards, and make lots of money on them.. it’s their responsibility to make sure the person who gets the money is the customer.
I know you watched Good Morning America and they said ruined credit ruins your life.. but that’s just all BS, they’re trying to create respect for credit so you pay your bills on time. Most of the successful people I know do not use credit and laugh at it.
I have no respect for credit and that’s why I try and buy nothing on it.. and my house will not be on credit either.
