No bitterness . . . sarcasm and amusement/humor . . . . my total monthly cost (mort, taxes, mello roos, hoa, insurance) for 3100+ sq/ft home w/pool-spa on cul de sac with a .22 acre lot in 4S is about $3000 a month (south of Cam. Del Norte or “old 4S” which have lots much bigger than the newer sardine packed homes north of Cam. Del Norte). Last time I checked you still can’t rent an equivalent property in 4S for that. Kids go to new Poway schools and the small palm trees I planted in the back are becoming full size and adding a tropical shade garden feel to the yard . . . whats not to like??? Why be bitter with that . . . .
