I was being facetious. You sounded like such a stereotypical single guy…I could not resist the temptation to suggest a ‘stable female presence’ — in jest.

As far as lot size not controlling one’s neighbors, one only needs to drive around certain areas of Escondido to know that’s true. There are some streets that look like ancient burial grounds for rusted out Whirpools and miscellaneous auto parts. I think that’s why god created HOAs.

TG, every day I strive to fight against society’s mandate that we all be “normal”, and the media’s obessive need to define that for us. Weird is cool.
