Pienza is in its last phase and maybe open to negotiation. Silhouette (which I like better) is not willing to negotiate at this point as they have many phases left.
What do you think would be a good price on Pienza including incentives for a plan 2 or 3.
660-700K? We wanted around 650K or lower, however last time we had suggested it, they would not even consider that (with the previous sales counselor).
If they will not lower the price, what other things would you ask for?
