She told me that a poster called WhyChat has a whole “process” for getting medical collections removed. She followed it and it allegedly worked. Well, it must have because she bought a house in Austin, TX last year and had no problems.
She did everything that the posters advised and she tells me her credit scores jumped back into the 700s within 4-6 months.
I have visited this forum myself and followed some of the tips – obtain your credit reports, update addresses, opt out, dispute inaccuracies, etc. That alone took one of my credit scores from 725 to 780.
SO….the moral of my story is: dont pay some shyster to do this for you. Take charge of your own credit. It’s actually satisfying to get errors fixed and clean things up.
