While I have never been banned from a blog (though that could change I suppose), I find it rather unsettling how many have rules which are never stated but enforced arbitrarily.
People get banned or people get tracked down and sued or something similar.
Often its for doing something that is either not illegal (per the TOS) or not generally enforced.
While I find it reasonable that one’s reputation should be affected by the things they say (eg: HLS and SD Realtor) this practice of arbitrary authority concerns me.
I am curious to get the peanut gallery’s response on this example.
I don’t get it- dime a dozen bloggers sit back and take pot shots at everyone and everything and then track YOU down for comments? That blogger needs to quit blogging if so thin skinned. That said, NEVER post anything except through your own personal computer as work computers do represent your employer.
