If you can find a larger lot that you can subdivide, count me in, I am assuming that the cost of a larger lot might be a little lower

assuming .25 acer – 400k
may be .5 acer – 600k, divide and get 2 X .25 for 300K
obviously there will be costs incurred in dividing
