    2100 sq ft home. It has no applicance but overall conditions look good. Might need new carpet. This is probably a new low for the north side of Calle Cristobal. I think it is a great deal.

    Yep it was an all cash deal. An offer I had in for a client came up a little short. Overall the condition was not horrid. It is a great new comp for the area.
