I have been monitoring this thread for a while, but have avoided posting since my bitter engineers goodbye. Jeez Esteban, my bitter engineer claim only applied apparently to those who worked for either HP, Silicon Space, or Fairway Technologies. 😉
I mean, are you bitter that your rental turned into a foreclosure last month and now you need to move? Did I not forecast that months ago? Wait, since your old place is already PENDING as of two weeks ago, are you, perma-renter, actually BUYING?
