    This one should go really fast…
    Does this has anything to do with Motorola lay-off or Qualcomm’s ?

    Surely will be a comp for CV.

    Just curious – it comes with the furniture? That overly fussy furniture?

    I’m thinking it’s for sale due to a divorce, not a layoff.

    This house is staged, but whose idea is it to put a big “Long-Life” writing on the wall ?
    I assume the idea is to make chinese buyers feel at home, but is there really that many chinese buying in CV ?
    Any realtor would comment about this ?

    I think the sellers or owners are Asian based on the city tax record.

    Why is this a blow to the neighbor? Chinese are bad neighbors or something?
