TG: Laurel has about 6-8 houses under construction right now, but I agree I’m not convinced that Stan Pac can finish.
We almost went for that 6 month deal in Laurel – using the 6 month window in case we were not able to rent our current house in a hurry. We were going to get a 3000 sq. ft. house for around 357k, but the taxes were what scared me away at the time.
I’m surprised Redwood is still selling in the 600-700k range.
Right across the street @ Sycamore they are selling 3300 sq. ft. houses for ~380k. And yet Redwood is selling the approx. same size house for 100k more.
