I had made an offer that actually did get accepted a about 10 days ago. Today however we just cancelled escrow due to some issues found during the discovery period. The home was one here in Scripps. I had found it as a NOD last year, (thanks AN) and chased the owner down and made an offer… he said no and told me he would get the NOD cured but did not. He lost it over the spring but an investor bought it for cash at the trustee sale and put it on the market 2 weeks ago. The rest is history.
