650 people are slated to lose their jobs 5/28/2018. I only went there once, it was clean and new looking but I'm not a big gambler. Wonder what will be done with it now?

Hmmm, In your linked article Chairwoman Pinto is claimed to have said there will be no staff changes to the 1000 member crew?

That was apparently made at some point in time very near to the layoff filing.

Can you clarify, Reality?

I wonder what proportion of gamblers are tourists.

San Diego Gaming Ventures lost the gig operating the casino so they are shedding staff, most of whom have been or will probably be offered positions with the new operator.
