My investment condo was like this. In had the original shag carpet, fridge, dishwasher, and split oven/range setup from 1968.
The dishwasher didn’t work at all, and fridge was plenty cold but had leaks and I am sure was very inefficient. It was a silver and blue-green trim beauty, wish I could have saved it.
We kept and did a partial restoration of the 1968 oven. It finally broke last year and the split setup would have cost $3500 to replace versus $800 for a name brand chrome standard oven.
