I think I have figured out the best solution for everyone. Here goes:

-Have the government pay off “ALL” mortgages in the U.S. using the currency coming off of Ben’s “Magical Printing Press”

-Arrest everyone involved in the mortgage industry, charge them with treason against this great country and line them up in front of a firing squad!

-Round up all the Real Estate speculators and house them in special “camps” for “retraining” as security guards!

-Lock the prices of homes to a national “standard” and only allow the public to purchase for their individual needs.

-Finally, shott Al Greenspan!
