Just over 5 years ago I was looking to buy a starter house, build some equity and then be able to buy our “forever” home.

I’m happy to say that we closed on our forever house and closed on our first house within 2 weeks.

I will be forever thankful to this site and its members for giving me the data and perspective I needed when buying and selling our houses.
