Props to AN as he flagged this yesterday. Address is 12252 Ragweed (RPQ). 100% financed. Purchased in December of 06. That means they didn’t make a payment until Feb 1 07… Already has a NOD on it!! With a minimum of 3 missed payments until a NOD gets filed the implication is that these people made no more then a few payments, like maybe no more then 3 at the most…
