GuestWhat do you want to know? They are aparment conversions, relatively small and very overpriced during the boom. Now a large portion of them are in foreclosure. See sdlookup.com for thread on all the foreclosure activity. It is a nice area but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing in this complex. It is never wise to purchase a conversion.

ParticipantHi there,
I used to live there prior to the condo conversion about 7 years ago. I really liked North PB because of the relatively easy 5 access. We did have some issues with a hole-in-the-wall type bar close by that had some drunks roaming around at odd hours (even really early). Outside of that I really liked the location because it was fair enough north to be mostly quiet for PB, but yet close enough to enjoy a walk to the beach. I lived in a small studio while I was there, right on the level of the courtyard. The pool was my backyard. My advise really depends on what you are looking for.
