OT: who will be Hillary’s running mate?

The math is becoming inevitable in favor of Hillary winning the democrat nomination.

Who will be her running mate?

She and Bernienhave been playing nice all campaign long and she could use the youth energy behind Bernie,

Is there some other rising star that will want eight years as VP? Is Biden an option? It is an eight year gig, if Hillary doesn’t win reelection (if elected), the VPs future shot gets severely damaged.

Thoughts? Who’s going to run on the ticket with Hillary?

My prediction is still:

I’m thinking it will be the safest possible person. A white man, for sure. Someone experienced. Someone who doesn’t make a lot of gaffes. Sort of a democrat version of Mitt Romney.

Maybe an Evan Bayh type. He’s “president-shaped,” as Stephen Colbert hilariously called Mitt Romney.

Swiftboating attempts are unlikely to work against Hillary! People know her so well that any rumor, whisper campaign or speculation about her is unlikely to change their opinion of her for better or worse..

Talking policy is much better strategy. But wait what are policy positions of Trump/Cruz again ?

Trump might sell me out. I know Hillary will.

As for a running mate probably someone moderate and safe that’s well known in a purple state. Maybe governor John Hickenlooper of Colorado or Tom Wolf of Pennslyvania. I can’t think of a household name unless you go with somebody like Bloomberg but he’s gone from democrat to republican to independent so that would probably piss off the democratic party.

Let’s see how the sell out might work.

Hillary is striking a populist tone. But she might be more centrist and support Wall Street and the corporations. In this respect, the right has nothing to fear.

How would a Trump sell out of his base look like? Not pretty.
